Difference between water separator and water mixing system?

2022-12-03 1253

Water mixing system: the mixed water heat exchange regulating system is also called the heat exchange control center, which is composed of an electric four-way regulating valve or three-way regulating valve, a circulating water pump, a ball valve with a thermometer, a proportional integral controller, a temperature sensor, a filter valve, an electric regulating valve, and a water diversity collector device. It is the heat exchange center.

After power on, the water inlet valve will open unconditionally, and hot water will come in. When the system detects that the water temperature is higher than 35 degrees, the water pump will work. The details are as follows. For example, when the user sets the temperature to 50 degrees, when the inlet water temperature is lower than 50 degrees, all inlet valves are opened; When the inlet water temperature is higher than 50 ℃, the inlet valve will automatically turn down and the return water valve will open synchronously. The supply and return water will be mixed in proportion and automatically adjusted to 50 ℃.

The state stipulates that the temperature must be lower than 60 ℃. If the temperature is higher than 60 ℃, formaldehyde will exceed the standard, the service life of the floor heating pipe will be reduced, and the pipe will burst. This system can effectively solve these problems.

The manifold is a water distribution and collection device used to connect the water supply and return of each heating pipe in the water system. The water separator used in the floor heating and air conditioning system should be made of brass, and the water separator used in the household surface reconstruction of the tap water supply system is mostly made of PP or PE. Exhaust valves are set for the supply and return water, and drain valves are also set for the supply and return water of many water separators. "Y" type filter shall be set at the front of water supply. Each branch pipe of the water supply and distribution pipe shall be equipped with valves to adjust the water volume.

This difference is obvious. Most of the current water collectors and separators are used. To put it simply, water collectors and separators, also known as water collectors, are water flow distribution and gathering devices composed of water collectors and separators. The water separator is a device that disperses one way of water inflow into several ways of output, while the water collector is a device that gathers multiple ways of water inflow into one way of output.
